1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your email address, used to identify your account and deliver communications.
• Birth data (optional): birth date, birth time, and birth location. This data is used solely to generate personalized readings. You may omit or remove it at any time.
• Reading history: the readings you request and the responses generated on your behalf, stored to enable longitudinal memory features and account history.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session activity, collected to improve the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Generate personalized readings tailored to your birth data and reading history.
• Provide longitudinal memory context so the oracle can reference prior readings.
• Deliver readings, notifications, and account-related communications by email.
• Improve the Platform, diagnose issues, and measure feature performance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Your account data and reading history are retained until you request account deletion. Once deleted, your data is removed from active systems within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.

4. Third-Party Services

WanderTheStars uses the following third-party services to operate the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — handles all payment processing. We do not store your payment card information. Stripe Privacy Policy
• ElevenLabs — processes reading text to generate audio narrations. ElevenLabs Privacy Policy
• HeyGen — generates video oracle presentations for Keeper-tier subscribers. Reading text may be transmitted to HeyGen for video synthesis. HeyGen Privacy Policy
• Resend — delivers transactional and notification emails to your address. Resend Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude) — processes your reading requests to generate oracle content. Your birth data and question may be included in prompts sent to Anthropic’s API. Anthropic Privacy Policy

5. Your Rights (including GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. European Economic Area residents have these rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of access: request a complete export of your personal data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
• Right to rectification: update or correct your profile information at any time from your account settings.
• Right to restrict processing: request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
