1. Entertainment Purpose Only

WanderTheStars provides readings for entertainment and personal reflection only. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including:

• Medical or mental health advice
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Relationship or therapeutic counseling

The oracle speaks in metaphor and reflection. All interpretations and actions based on readings are your own responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@wanderthestars.com of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds for digital content already delivered. Because readings are generated immediately upon request, we do not offer refunds for completed readings, except as required by applicable law.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the Platform without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform’s source code or prompts.
• Use automated means to generate readings in bulk or circumvent rate limits.
• Submit content designed to manipulate, abuse, or extract unintended outputs from the oracle.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Resell or redistribute readings without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, trademarks, and underlying software are the property of Eisinger Holdings LLC. This includes, without limitation, the Auren oracle persona, all associated voice, visual identity, name, and characterization — which are proprietary assets of Eisinger Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced, impersonated, or used commercially without express written permission.

The text of individual readings generated for you is yours for personal use; you may not publish or distribute readings commercially without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Eisinger Holdings LLC makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any reading for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eisinger Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on any reading. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
